Thank you to all the supporters that attended our meet and greet. We had a great time and the turnout was better than we expected. The room never cleared out and we had to call it an hour and a half late.
Thank you to Sideouts for giving us an excellent wait staff that had us waiting for nothing. They were top-notch. I so look forward to the next and really appreciate the support.
We will be having more and I look forward to seeing you and your wife. I also promised to stop by and shoot the shit sometime. As you know we have been busy just getting our slate on the ballot, but I plan on still coming by.
I agree Mark. It was an impromptu event and wow... did we pack the house! I took some criticism for using the pups as an eye catcher on the last minute flyers and I apologize to the candidates for making the reference to them being cute puppies. I was reminded that they did not want to be portrayed as cuddly pups. Oh well, I live and learn. It was a reminder to me how intent they are on taking their positions very seriously. I would like to thank everyone who stopped in to show their support and the servers who did a great job.
It is a DUMP faker. Just because people are used to seeing it day in and day out doesn't make it right. Clean it up or get out of town Sharp and McDonald. I heard Volo is waiting for you. Parking in the front of a business should be for in and out customers, not for junks waiting their fate.

I go out of town for the weekend and return to see that things are quite lively on the blog. What I can’t understand is what direction Laker is headed. His redundant words of hate and slander show his-her true character or lack thereof. The Warrior has denied the accusations and questionable investigation of Chief McCorkle and he has repeatedly said that he will deal with it in his own time. Yet you, Laker, have made continuous references to “johnsons”, I would think that you are the pervert with hints of obsession. I have to give Mr. Beeson credit for not letting Laker’s scum-talk get to him. He stays focused and deals with the issues at hand. Good job Mark---- you’ll make a fine Trustee. In regards to the owners of Sharp’s Towing---- I have personal friends and family who are Marines and they don’t agree with Louis Sharp or Sean McDonald’s attacks against a Viet Nam war veteran, Charles Amrich. They find it embarrassing that Sharp pursues unfounded objections against a fellow veteran just so he can keep his lucrative contract with the Village. I’m sorry that I missed the meet and greet Saturday and my daughter said it was a good chance to meet the candidates.
I have heard the current mayor called a female dog a few times, so I guess she still has your vote, huh laker?
